I really enjoyed my time in this clean pet-friendly hotel. the staff was accommodating and pleasant, always there to help. the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. the room was spotless and newly decorated. the bathroom was particularly good.

location was easy to get in and out. Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better and more timely. Noise control a lot of teenage boys stayed and made it noisy. Patio area

the location is comfy, 5 minutes' walk to the zone. it is in a quiet area.

The staff here were really nice, and our room had just been redone. the bathroom was a good size, and the beds were super comfy! 😊.

The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large when upgraded with a good sized bathroom, comfortable beds. Its location was comfortable and perfect, very close to everything. Meals were good, and there was Steampunk Pub and Grill near the hotel. Had a very nice stay here during our trip.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, bed excellent and breakfast plentiful.

Hotel a little drab in colour scheme and could do with a freshen - up - Chairs in breakfast room were stained and need a steam clean!

Upon arrival, we encountered a ladybug infestation in our room, stained carpet, and a clogged sink. Despite these challenges, the comfortable bed and spacious room made our stay enjoyable. Overall, I'd suggest this hotel.

We had water intrusion from the roof during heavy rain onto the vanity top under and through a light fixture. The front desk person could have been more accommodating.

Renovations underway when we stayed - starting at 8 am in our corridor. Another room was found further away for the second night.

Enjoy a solid breakfast spread with tasty eggs, crispy bacon, and hot waffles 🍳. Perfect location that's super close to everything around here!

Not enough power outlets, non on headboard wall

Beds were comfortable Waffles, coffee,fruits,very good.seemed to run out of cof&waffle mix &all hot foods quickly. A little slow replacing.

Breakfast items (hot) could have been replaced quicker& served later all n all fairly good.most gracious workers! Everyone very friendly& responded quickly to backed-up toilet !

The king room had comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. the location was convenient and unbeatable, close to Kantor Kellett Gallery. - Everyone at the hotel was excellent and amiable.

The free breakfast was nice, as was the HBO.

The room in which we stayed and the halls on the 2nd floor all smelled as if someone had smoked in them recently. So the whole place basically stank. The staff was mostly polite, but at least one of the night desk operators was somewhat terse in her manner when we came in.

The pool was clean.

Breakfast was the same food served every morning.
